Social Creating benefits through our social activities
OCU’s social approach focuses on skills, safe and inclusive employment, fair opportunity and stronger communities. Our academies in Sheffield and Borehamwood, satellite locations across UK and mobile academy provide training for OCU’s workforce and the wider industry. In FY26, OCU invested further in safety, wellbeing, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB), early careers, community engagement and professional development.
