Growth & Expansion Delivering sustainable growth through market alignment, client partnerships and strategic investment.

OCU’s growth strategy remains focused on infrastructure sectors supported by long-term investment, strong market fundamentals and increasing demand for resilient utility and energy networks. Progress in 2026 The year marked a significant step in the evolution of the Group. We strengthened our position across core UK markets while establishing a broader international platform through the integration of AEC, Bam Bam and Pilecom in Australia and New Zealand. These businesses provide access to markets with similar infrastructure investment drivers and long-term energy transformation opportunities.

Across the UK, continued investment in power networks, battery storage, water infrastructure, digital connectivity and energy connections supported growth opportunities across multiple sectors. Our diversified capability base and long-standing client relationships continue to create opportunities for sustainable expansion. During the year, the Group has secured work in carbon capture, through a horizontal drill project under the Humber, an expansion of heat network projects, through Valmech, and a hydrogen project, through RJ McLeod in Scotland. Continued focus • Supporting infrastructure investment across key markets • Strengthening our international platform • Expanding participation in energy transformation programs

• Developing long-term strategic client relationships • Maintaining disciplined and sustainable growth
