Capability & Delivery Expanding our technical expertise and delivery capabilities to meet evolving client needs.
Our ability to deliver complex infrastructure solutions is founded on specialist expertise, operational scale and an integrated approach to project delivery. We continue to invest in capabilities that support clients across the full infrastructure lifecycle. Progress in 2026 During the year, OCU further strengthened its capability base across Power Transmission & Distribution, Energy Transformation, Water and Environmental, and Digital Infrastructure markets. We continued to develop our transmission capability, building on existing strengths in engineering, civils, specialist cabling and horizontal directional drilling to support investment in critical network infrastructure. The acquisition of Valmech expanded our presence in heat networks and mechanical engineering, adding complementary expertise within a growing infrastructure market.
Our design and engineering capabilities also continued to grow, enabling greater integration across project lifecycles and supporting clients seeking increasingly sophisticated delivery solutions.
