Looking ahead to FY27 and beyond As OCU enters its next stage of development, stakeholder engagement will continue to evolve with the Group’s scale and international reach. We will: • Embed People First, performance development and future-skills planning across the UK and ANZ. • Expand digital engagement and live performance visibility for clients and supply chain partners. • Apply consistent safety, governance, commercial and cultural standards across acquired businesses and international operations. • Deepen engagement with regulators and industry bodies across Power Transmission & Distribution, Energy Transformation, Digital Infrastructure and Water & Environmental. • Advance sustainability reporting, lower-carbon
delivery, asset-life extension and community investment through the OCU Foundation and regional teams.
