OCU RISE: Strengthening governance through digital learning
In FY26, OCU launched RISE across the UK, replacing fragmented training processes with consistent, role‑specific learning and clearer compliance oversight. RISE covers 15 governance and compliance topics, including cyber security, anti-bribery, modern slavery, data protection, sustainability and conflicts of interest. Completion is a bonus hurdle and is reported quarterly to the Audit & Risk Committee. Since September 2025, completion increased to 95% and more than 20,000 courses were delivered. RISE also improved onboarding, audit readiness and visibility of workforce capability.
