Responsible and transparent culture

Leadership capability: Senior leaders received training in safety, prevention of economic crime, client due diligence, anti-money laundering and sanctions, reinforcing informed decisions and accountability. SHESQ Forum: The forum supports collaboration and shared good practice across Safety, Health, Environment, Sustainability and Quality. Regulatory and Compliance Working Group: This cross-functional forum assigns ownership, monitors regulatory change and supports consistent implementation across OCU. ISO management systems: OCU incorporated 4 additional businesses into Group certification, improving consistency, assurance and efficiency. Acquisition integration governance: Standard plans, clear ownership and consistent controls support safe, compliant integration while respecting local accountability. Priorities for FY27 • establish dedicated Risk & Compliance Governance Forums across the ANZ region to enhance oversight, accountability and risk management; • further embed OCU’s values-led culture through leadership engagement, employee recognition programs and continuous feedback mechanisms; and • continue evolving governance, risk and compliance arrangements to support international growth, regulatory change, and long-term stakeholder confidence.

Overview OCU promotes a responsible and transparent culture that supports ethical decisions and accountability. Leadership development, employee engagement and Group governance reinforce consistent values and behaviours across international operations. Key achievements in FY26 Culture: OCU invested in cultural alignment during a period of growth and acquisition, reinforcing One Company United through leadership, engagement and accountability. Living Our Values Awards: Launched in January, monthly, quarterly and annual awards recognise colleagues who demonstrate OCU’s values. Employee engagement: Since October 2023, eNPS increased by 36.6 points and participation by 64%. Listening sessions and action plans translate feedback into improvements. Supplier Code of Conduct: A Group-wide code establishes ethical expectations across OCU’s supply chain. Global Speak Up arrangements: Independent, confidential channels support reporting without fear of retaliation. Mandatory compliance training: OCU RISE provides consistent oversight, with completion above 97% across UK.
