Our sustainability approach continued Sustainable Development Goals update

OCU supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through its strategy and the critical infrastructure services delivered for clients.

Our most direct contribution is to two global priorities:

• Delivery of sustainable infrastructure for clients including battery energy storage systems, wind farms and reservoirs • Expansion of capabilities into heat networks

In FY26, OCU expanded its capabilities across the UK and Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), increasing its ability to support essential infrastructure aligned with national and regional sustainability priorities. Our sustainability framework identifies eight of the 17 SDGs where OCU can have the greatest impact. In FY26, stronger governance, operational improvement and delivery of our sustainability strategy increased the environmental and social value created across the Group. 3. • 8,499 positive interventions raised • Better than industry standard for Accident Frequency Rate (AFR) and Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) • 123 Mental Health First Aiders across the Group

• 99% of waste diverted from landfill • 56,408kg of traffic management products underwent closed‑loop recycling

• Achieved Gold membership of The 5% Club with over 13% of employees in ‘earn and learn’ positions • Over 6,369 days of training delivered • 320 early careers positions three STEM outreach initiatives delivered

Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts

• 381 fully electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles in the fleet • 68 charging points installed at strategic locations across the Group’s site network

5. Gender equality

Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls

• Action plan in place to address gender pay gap • Female mental health network • New women in leadership apprenticeship scheme • 26% of early career intake are female • Continued partnership with Women’s Utilities Network
