As demand for resilient energy networks, digital connectivity, water infrastructure and low‑carbon solutions continues to grow, OCU is evolving alongside our clients. During the year, we expanded our capabilities, strengthened our position in key infrastructure markets and established a broader international platform through growth in Australia and New Zealand. Underpinned by our commitment to safety and guided by our values, we remain focused on delivering sustainable growth, developing our people and creating lasting value for clients, communities and stakeholders.
Our people remain at the heart of our success. As OCU continues to grow in scale, capability and geographic reach, maintaining a strong culture built on safety, accountability and continuous improvement remains fundamental to how we operate. We are committed to creating an environment where individuals can develop rewarding careers, build new skills and contribute to the long-term success of the Group. Progress in 2026 Throughout the year, we continued to invest in leadership development, workforce capability and employee engagement. Our Academy network expanded its role in supporting technical, operational and leadership skills, helping to address future workforce requirements across the sectors we serve.
OCU One continued to develop as a key platform for workforce engagement, skills management, safety reporting and operational collaboration, helping connect employees across multiple regions and markets. The platform will support a growing international workforce while maintaining common standards and ways of working. The integration of businesses acquired in recent years has further strengthened our One Company United culture, bringing together specialist expertise while embedding shared values, behaviours and expectations across the Group.
