Post balance sheet events On 6 May 2026, the Group acquired 100% of the share capital of 3SB Investment Holdings Limited and its wholly owned subsidiaries Athena Professional Technical Services Limited and Accounting for Safety Limited (together, ‘Athena’). Based in Ulverston, Cumbria, Athena provides end‑to‑end electrical services spanning front-end design and power systems studies, installation and commissioning of Electrical Balance of Plant (EBoP) works across renewables connections (solar, wind, BESS and data centres), and ongoing testing, verification, maintenance and asset assurance. On 16 June 2026, the Group acquired a majority indirect shareholding in Volta Advisory Pty Limited and its wholly owned subsidiary Volta On-Site Services Pty Limited (together, ‘Volta’). With offices in Melbourne and Sydney, Australia, Volta is an energy advisory, design, project delivery, and high-voltage commissioning business specialising in the development and delivery of major energy infrastructure projects.
