Governance structure
The governance structure is consistent with the last annual report and a cascading level of governance and control has been implemented with teams aligned to the Group Board committee structure. The Group Risk Committee has been joined by an ESG Taskforce, a Senior Group Leadership Team and more defined Operational Leadership teams:
