Michael brings a wealth of experience to his role as Group CEO, having previously increased revenues and overseen growth strategies for EG Group, EMR and Homeserve. He specialises in organisational design, growth platforms in M&A, and international expansion, with a deep understanding of the utilities sector.

David has considerable experience in large, international and acquisitive businesses and was appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer in August 2022. Prior to this, David served as Group Chief Financial Officer at Fishawack Health and Group Finance Director at EG Group. Earlier in his career, David served as the Group Financial Controller at EMR and spent over a decade at KPMG across both Audit and Deal Advisory. David is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Joining OCU Group in 2011, Adrian has been COO of OCU Utilities since 2017. He has previously worked in leadership roles with T&K Gallagher (now Network Plus), Balfour Beatty Utility Solutions and Kenton Utility Services, giving him an unparalleled understanding of contracting and managing framework agreements within the utilities market.

Neil joined OCU in 2024 as COO of OCU Energy, bringing over 25 years of experience in the UK energy sector, including leadership roles at Centrica, RWE, AEP, and EP UK. He also has expertise in private equity asset management across energy, utilities, and infrastructure in the USA and Europe. Neil oversees OCU’s Energy business unit, focusing on renewable energy and the energy transition.

Michael joined OCU Group in January 2023. He qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales in 2004 and has extensive global M&A experience as well as over 15 years’ experience leading legal and governance functions in industry. At OCU Group, Michael advises on all M&A and strategic initiatives as well as leading the legal, governance and compliance activities for the Group in addition to his role as Company Secretary. Prior to OCU Group, Michael was at PZ Cussons plc, a premium listed FTSE plc.
