Mitigation OCU operates across resilient UK infrastructure markets with strong long-term fundamentals. Continued diversification across clients, markets, UK regions and countries helps mitigate exposure. Market trends and economic indicators are monitored quarterly to inform forecasting.

Mitigation We continue to invest in systems aligned to our operational scale and complexity. In 2025, we enhanced integration between core systems and OCU Data, with further cloud resilience implemented. System access and change controls remain in place, supported by our ISO 27001 accreditation.

Mitigation Cybersecurity policies, regular vulnerability assessments, and endpoint defences are in place and tested. Staff awareness training continues annually, and our IT team is subject to ongoing skills development. Insurance and ISO 27001 certification provide additional protection.

Mitigation Our in-house recruitment team, People Pathway development framework, and succession planning processes support a strong employee value proposition. We continue to embed structured learning, enhanced onboarding and targeted retention initiatives across key teams. We achieve this through our technical training team, the Academy locations, and the learning & development team.
