As OCU continues to grow and evolve, understanding and responding to the priorities of our stakeholders remains fundamental to how we operate. Our strategy to accelerate change and shape futures is built on trusted relationships, meaningful engagement, and a culture of listening and action. In fulfilling their responsibilities, the Directors, both individually and collectively, have had regard to the matters set out in section 172(1) of the Companies Act 2006. In particular, the Board considers the likely consequences of decisions for all stakeholder groups, ensuring that short‑term actions are balanced with long‑term sustainable value creation.
