Responsible and transparent culture

Awards aligned to values: Recognition programs expanded to celebrate individuals and teams demonstrating outstanding alignment to our Group values and mindset culture. Behavioural-based senior leadership training: Launched to support a further shift in our proactive, values-driven safety culture. Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) Leading Safely training: Completed by Executive Committee members and business unit leads. These achievements mark tangible progress in embedding ethical conduct, accountability, and a strong values-based culture across the Group. Goals for the next financial year • Enhancing internal capabilities on psychological health and safety: We are committed to aligning with the ISO 45003 Standard on psychosocial risk management, strengthening our ability to safeguard mental wellbeing across the workforce. • Launch of the Supplier Code of Conduct: We will roll out this framework to our supply chain partners to ensure their alignment with our expectations and delivery in line with our Code of Conduct. • Integration of new Head of Culture: This role will support the acceleration of our cultural development initiatives. • Expansion of behavioural-based safety programs: Building on the success of the senior leadership training, we aim to broaden behavioural safety and leadership development across more business units.

At OCU Group, we remain committed to embedding these principles into every aspect of our operations, reinforcing our dedication to sustainable growth, responsible business practices, and a strong organisational culture. Key achievements Refreshed Code of Conduct launched to employees: Official relaunch completed, setting clear expectations for behaviour and business conduct. Supporting Conduct Codes launched and in development: Commercial Conduct Code successfully deployed and delivered to promote ethical commercial practices. Whistleblowing Policy relaunched: Renewed focus on clear and confidential pathways for employees to raise concerns. Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) and gifts and hospitality training: Implemented mandatory training across the organisation, reinforcing zero tolerance for unethical practices and to embed awareness of compliance expectations.
