Materiality assessment Our sustainability approach

In early 2024, we conducted our first double materiality assessment to pinpoint the most critical areas of sustainability for our business and stakeholders, in terms of risk and opportunities. This comprehensive process included desktop reviews, interviews, workshops, and questionnaires with both internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, investors, supply chain partners, and employees. Following our acquisitions and organic business growth, we revisited our materiality assessment during our annual management review. The review confirmed that there were no significant changes to our stakeholder base or the markets we operate in. Therefore, our original materiality assessment remains valid and accurately reflects our business operations. The assessment results are not exhaustive and will evolve over time. However, they accurately reflect our current operations. We will continue to periodically review the situation and conduct further materiality assessments as needed. Any changes and their impacts will be integrated into our strategy, ensuring it remains relevant as we expand into new markets.

The following provides an overview of the key themes that were highlighted.
