Capability Our ability to deliver infrastructure solutions across markets relies on a scalable and adaptive operating model, strong technical skills, and integrated digital tools. We provide multi-market engineering capability across the full project lifecycle, enabling us to respond with agility and scale to client needs. Our blend of specialist expertise, market insight and national reach positions OCU as a trusted partner in delivering critical infrastructure projects for the UK. 3 Progress in 2025 This year, we strengthened our delivery model with the launch of OCU Connect, combining the expertise of Integrum, Hornbill and Modus into a dedicated unit focused on energy connection projects. It complements our Energy Programs offer, delivering speed and agility to clients. We continued to expand our site network, improving efficiency by co-locating operational teams and sharing functions such as civils, scheduling, and training. Strategic acquisitions strengthened our specialist services, with new capabilities in water design, wastewater process solutions, and horizontal directional drilling. The effectiveness of our integrated delivery model was evident on key projects and programs such as Orkney Interconnect, where OCU Trenchless, RJ McLeod, and OCU Connect worked together to deliver multi-disciplinary outcomes. This highlights the positive impact of our strategic M&A and integration approach: we are One Company United. The recent addition of AEC’s established expertise in delivering large solar projects and programs and the combined Group strength in BESS, onshore wind, and power infrastructure significantly bolsters our end-to-end offering in renewable energy projects across all regions. This acquisition enhances the delivery of comprehensive and technically assured solutions, positioning us strategically in a rapidly expanding international renewable energy market.
