Accelerating change, shaping futures Our strategy
Culture Building an environment where our people thrive is central to shaping the future of OCU. We are creating a values-driven culture where people are proud to belong, feel supported, and are empowered to contribute. By investing in leadership, inclusion, engagement and communications, we are embedding a culture of excellence that supports long-term success across all parts of the Group. We are committed to a culture grounded in mutual respect, development, inclusion, and pride in the work we deliver as OCU – ‘One Company United’. Progress in 2025 Throughout 2025, we have seen further evidence of a culture that engages and inspires our workforce. Net Promoter Scores (NPS) continued their upward swing in our quarterly employee surveys, demonstrating stronger advocacy and satisfaction in our back office and in-field workforce. Our internal publication, Insight, has become a powerful tool for sharing stories from across OCU. Available in print and digital formats, Insight showcases both leadership perspectives and grassroots voices, strengthening pride and connection across the Group. Other communication initiatives include News Roundups and regular video brief features. Every member of our Senior Group Leadership Team (over 60 leaders) has completed an equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging (EDI&B) training program, embedding inclusive leadership practices across OCU. Our proprietary OCU One platform continues to grow as the digital home for workforce engagement, health and safety, operational, and HR processes. Alongside this, OCU Data is now firmly embedded as a source of cultural insight, enabling us to measure behavioural trends and the impact of internal campaigns. The OCU Foundation continues to expand its reach, supporting employees and charity partners, notably Teenage Cancer Trust, in its first year. A highlight of the year was our inaugural Foundation Ball, raising significant funds and bringing employees, clients, and suppliers together to support good causes.
