Each of our core markets, regulated power, water, and digital infrastructure, is experiencing transformational investment. Decarbonisation, digitisation, and resilience are shaping client frameworks, projects and programs across all markets, and our teams are trusted partners in delivering essential services that support this transition. With over 50 operational depots and service hubs across the UK, OCU Utilities offers national coverage combined with strong regional presence. Our Regional Operations Directors ensure local delivery with an understanding of community needs, while our Managing Directors bring end-market expertise and strategic leadership across our growing portfolio of services.

Structure and operations OCU Utilities operates through a clear
operational structure designed to support both national reach and local delivery. Our regulated markets, power, water, and digital infrastructure, are each led by a dedicated Managing Director with deep market expertise. Regional Operations Directors co-ordinate activity on the ground, supported by a UK-wide footprint of over 50 operational depots and office service hubs. This structure allows us to respond quickly and effectively to the needs of our regulated clients, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and operational control. Current markets We deliver essential installation, maintenance and upgrade services in key regulated infrastructure markets: fibre, water, and regulated power. Our operational model enables us to serve long-standing framework clients across the UK, providing local solutions backed by national expertise. Our breadth of capability positions us to support the growing needs of regulated clients as investment cycles create new demand for technically excellent, efficient, and reliable infrastructure services.
